Information:	Robert Diebold was born in the USA and moved to Ireland in 1972. A music graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago, he has spent his professional life as a journalist working for newspapers in the USA and Ireland. He has played piano in various jazz and dance bands and since his retirement from the Irish Press newspaper has turned actively to composition, writing both original works and arrangements.
