1927 – 1929 member of piano class of V. Kurz at the Master School of the Prague Conservatory
1930 settles in Bratislava
1930 – 1945 pianist and music officer in the Slovak Radio in Bratislava
1945 – 1953 rehearsal pianist of the Slovak National Theatre Opera
1953 starts teaching piano at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (Associate Professor 1957, Professor 1968), where he taught for the rest of his life
