Born on 5 May 1968 in Vydyniv (Stanislaviv, now Ivano-Frankivs’k Region, Ukraine). In 1991 she graduated from L’viv State M.Lysenko Conservatoire (now L’viv State M.Lysenko Musical Academy) as a composer with Prof. M.Skoryk, in 1997 she completed post-graduate studies with Prof. M.Skoryk and Prof. H.Ljashenko.
Since 1991 she has lectured composition at the L’viv State M.Lysenko Conservatoire.
She won the L.Revutsky Prize of the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine (2000) and was granted by "Ernst von Siemens Musikstiftung" (2001).
She participated in many international festivals for contemporary music, including "Contrasts" ( L’viv, Ukraine), "Two Days and Two Nights of New Music" (Odessa, Ukraine), "Kiev-Music-Fest" (Kyiv, Ukraine), "Days of Ukrainian and American Music in L’viv" (Ukraine, 1996), "Days of Ukrainian Music in Moscow" (Russia, 1998) and "Days of Ukrainian Music in Warsaw" (Poland, 2001).
She is the author of symphony and chamber music works.
Member of the Ukrainian Composers’ Union.
