Information: https://www.carbajo.net/varios/curri-i.html Spanish composer and pianist born in Madrid in 1970. He studied Music at the Royal Conservatory of Music in his native city, from which he graduated as professor in Harmony, Counterpoint, Composition and Instrumentation with 1993 End of Studies Award in Composition. His activity as pianist is very prolific. He usually accompanies very well-known Spanish lyric singers such as Francisco or Alberto Cortez on their tours across Spain and abroad. He has also played as solo accompanist and soloist in countless concert halls such as Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, Palau de la Música in Valencia, Palau de la Música in Barcelona or Olympia Theater in Paris. As composer, his music has been performed in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, the United States, Mexico, Argentina and Australia. He has received various commissions from diverse international organizations. At present he combines his career as pianist and composer with his work as teacher at the Advanced School of Music Katarina Gurska.
